In an inclusive society, people of different skills and abilities are given the opportunity to participate and contribute in their own ways (big or small).
They are recognised for their skills and contributions.
In contrast to “a winner-takes-all market” dominated by top performers, an inclusive society values diversity, including the diversity of talent.
A truly inclusive society is one where all can contribute (Lee, 2015)
Students in the our Senior High level collaborates with VWOs of various community causes, working with a diverse group of communities. In their respective classes, they work together to empower the beneficiaries.

Students from 17SH14 and 17SH20 organized a Health and Workplace Safety Carnival with the Changi Dormitories.
Upon completion of their class VIA Projects, the SH2 classes of 2018 shared their class VIA journey with their SH1 Juniors via a poster presentation during one of the CCE lessons in April. One of the primary objectives of the presentation is to raise awareness of the beneficiaries that the SH2 classes have worked with, so that the projects can be passed down and hence sustained.
