Step-by-step:

  1. Complete the Repair Form
  2. Wait for our response
  3. Confirm time of collection
  4. Be present at the collection address on time
  5. Hand your device over to our driver
  6. Wait while we diagnose your device
  7. Approve/decline quotation sent to your email
  8. If declined, we will deliver your device back shortly with a small call-out fee
  9. If approved, sit back and wait patiently for your device to be repaired
  10. We will notify you once repair are done
  11. Once payment is done, we will deliver your device back to your collection address (if this address changes, please contact us)
