Minimum Requirements

Ambassadors must complete at least 1000 points in on-campus/outreach activities (with a 400-point minimum stemming from recruitment and 500-point maximums from NIU Business Olympics and Investment Association activities each) and 1000 points in technical skill activities each semester.

- Telephone campaign (125 points/hour)

Investment Association
- Stock presentation (600 points/presentation)
- Full member status (800 points/semester)
Student Managed Portfolio
- Shadowing (apprentices only, 125 points/session)

Excel
- MOS Excel certification (600 points, finance majors eligible before FINA 392 semester)
- MOS Excel Expert certification (900 points, finance majors eligible before FINA 394 semester)
- MECC monthly challenge/battle (300 points)
- MECC qualifying round completion (400 points)
- MECC top 10 leaderboard placement (600 points)
Programming
- Datacamp-approved introductory course completion (400 points)
Bloomberg
- BMC (800 points, if completed outside of a course)
- Other approved certificate completion (600 points)
