NityaDharma includes an optional Voice Jap feature that uses the device microphone to assist with Jap counting.
Voice input used by this feature is processed locally on the user's device.
NityaDharma does not collect, upload, transmit, store, or share voice recordings or microphone audio.
Microphone permission is requested only when the user chooses to use Voice Jap.
Voice Jap is optional. Users can deny or revoke microphone permission at any time through their Android device settings without affecting other features that do not require microphone access.
NityaDharma may request permission to send notifications.
Notifications may be used for devotional reminders and other app features selected or enabled by the user.
The app may schedule reminders on the user's device based on selected preferences.
Users can manage notification permissions through Android settings and configure applicable reminders within NityaDharma.
NityaDharma uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the application.

NityaDharma provides features such as Panchang, devotional prayers, scriptures, Sadhana, Jap, reminders, progress tracking, and related spiritual tools.
Information generated through the user's interaction with these features may be stored locally on the device where necessary to provide functionality, maintain preferences, or track progress.
Depending on the features used and the Android version, NityaDharma may request or use certain device permissions and system capabilities.
Used only for the optional Voice Jap feature to assist with Jap counting. Voice input is processed locally on the device and is not collected, transmitted, stored, or shared by NityaDharma.

Locally stored spiritual activity, preferences, Jap progress, and Voice Jap microphone audio are not shared by NityaDharma with third parties.
NityaDharma takes reasonable measures to protect information processed through the application.
Information transmitted between NityaDharma and supported online services uses security protections provided by Android, Google services, Firebase, and other applicable service infrastructure.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information stored locally by NityaDharma remains on the user's device until it is removed through applicable app functionality, the application's data is cleared, or the application is uninstalled, subject to applicable Android device and backup behavior.
Where NityaDharma provides functionality to delete locally stored app data, users may use that functionality to remove applicable information.
Analytics, crash-reporting, transaction, and other information processed by third-party services may be retained according to the respective service provider's policies.
NityaDharma is intended for a general audience interested in Hindu spirituality and devotional practices and is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13.
NityaDharma does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
