Hi, Welcome to My Home Page.
I am Nitanshu Chauhan, Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bhilai (Bhilai) since 2024.. I did my undergraduate from Jamia Millia Islamia University New Delhi, graduate, and doctoral work at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR).
My work primarily involves: Analysis, Modeling, and Design of semiconductor devices. Device-Circuit co-design for novel semiconductor devices and in-memory computation. I have published high-impact SCI index journals and conferences.
