5/23/2025: Nishit received the New Faculty Research Develpoment Award. The award will fund a short study on characterizing the hygroscopicity of respiratory aerosols.

4/16/2025: Nishit presented his research on wildfires and their impact on air quality at KU's 75th Annual Environmental Engineering Conference. 

3/6/2025: Nishit recently gave a presentation and visited labs at ERDC-CERL, sparking exciting discussions on potential strategies to enhance indoor air quality in their facilities.

2/17/2025: Nishit gave a seminar at the Department of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center
