I'm a PhD student in Economics at the RTG Regional Disparities and Economic Policy, and the Chair of Health Economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. I am also a member of the organizing committee of the Essen Health Conference - an annual international academic conference at the intersection of health, education and labour economics.
My research interests include gender, education, labour economics and development economics.
I previously led the Education vertical for one of India's leading legal think-tanks, Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, New Delhi, and have worked as a consultant for Institute for Fiscal Studies, London, University of Luxembourg, Billion Readers Initiative (Planet Read) India, Inflect India, and Tally Solutions.
Tasks I have undertaken as a consultant include research scoping, analysis and dissemination; monitoring of fieldwork; assisting on generating evidence and designing pilot programs for ground-level initiatives targeting educational attainment and access to social security benefits; designing strategies for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and building capacity of CSR teams in Monitoring & Evaluation functions.
I am always eager to explore new research and consulting opportunities. If you have any collaborations in mind or simply wish to connect, please reach out!
