The Academic Technology and CTE departments have reimagined and redesigned an event that will showcase innovative learning opportunities that align to the NISD Profile of a Learner, and encourage community building within each high school community.Â
The Academic Technology and CTE departments have reimagined and redesigned an event that will showcase innovative learning opportunities that align to the NISD Profile of a Learner, and encourage community building within each high school community.Â
The event will be hosted at different high schools every other year, rather than having one large event.
Elementary and middle schools will participate with the high school in their cluster based on enrollment.
The EXPO events will be held during October from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM. Specific dates will be communicated by the host high schools.
The focus of the event will be on the process of learning rather than a finished product.
High school seniors will have the opportunity to apply for a Kelly Smith Memorial Scholarship each year.
