FAQ

We will update this page regularly with frequently asked questions.

POSTER SESSION FAQ

1. What size of poster should I create? The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide x 48 inches tall (90 x 122 cm). Please use vertical/portrait orientation.

2. How will posters be attached? There are no poster boards at workshops. Posters are taped to the wall (conference staff will provide tape, but might be safe to bring your own). Posters should be on light weight paper, not laminated. All posters will be presented inside the same room the rest of the workshop takes place in.

Paper submission FAQ

  1. How do I apply for ISBA@NeurIPS and other travel awards? To apply, simply check the travel award box in your submission. All such submissions for Round 1 will be considered for the competitive ISBA@NeurIPS award.
  2. Can I apply for a talk? The top submissions will be selected for contributed talks and spotlight talks in the workshop.
  3. Do you accept late submissions? Due to the workshop's review process, we do not accept late submissions.
  4. Can I get a NeurIPS registration from Round 2? We will do our best to provide the presenting author of all accepted papers a registration. However, due to the limited number of tickets each workshop is allocated (as well as the finite availability in the reserve pool), workshop registrations are not necessarily guaranteed.
