Convocation 2024  

                                                                         General  Instructions

01.   Arrival Time: Before 8.00 a.m.

02. Please bring NIC or passport

03. New sheet no. will be given at the registration

04.   Number of seats available for your family member: Three seats

         (Children under 12 years are not allowed)

05.   Vehicle parking will be available at Vehicle Park of “ BMICH”.

06.   Arrangements have been made to take convocation photographs.

         For more information, please refer the notice 8 herewith. (Photography sessions 1- 7.30a.m.-9.00a.m.) and (Photography session 2-1.00 p.m.-2.30 p.m.)

07.   You are not permitted to bring mobile phones, cameras & food into the convocation hall.

08.   You are not allowed to go out from the convocation hall until the event is over.
