Astrological readings, divination card interpretations, and all other content generated by the app are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Do not make significant life decisions based solely on content from this app.
2. Subscriptions
Some features of NIMIT require a paid subscription ("Premium").
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
To cancel, manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings
We do not offer refunds outside of what is required by applicable law or platform policy
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
Copy, redistribute, or resell any content or feature of the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials in NIMIT are the property of the app's developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any astrological calculation or reading is accurate or complete
The app will meet your specific requirements
