Welcome! I am a Professor of Marketing and head of the Institute for Retailing & Data Science at the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. My research investigates the effects of digital platforms, new technologies, and evolving business models on markets and consumer behavior, with a particular focus on the music and media industries. I explore how innovations such as user-generated content, social media, and streaming services impact demand, revenue, and content distribution. Additionally, my work examines the broader implications of policy changes and market disruptions on industry dynamics and consumer choice.
