This project aims to analyze the logistics system of Nikos Cafe, identifying its strengths and areas for improvement in order to recognize strategies that will contribute to optimizing its supply chain and operational efficiency. This company is a well-known Panamanian chain in the food and beverage sector, founded in the 1980s.
