Public Economics Workshop

Andreas Haufler and I organize the Public Economics Workshop. The workshop has been introduced by Johann Brunner, Josef Falkinger and Wolfgang Wiegard in 1990. It brings together public economists from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The workshop takes place in July at the ifo Institute.

CESifo Political Economy Workshop

Christian Lessmann, Gunther Marktwardt and I organize the CESifo Political Economy Workshop. The workshop takes place in late November in Dresden.

Silvaplana Political Economy Workshop

I serve as a member of the committee of the Silvaplana Political Econonomy Workshop . The workshop has been introduced by Arye Hillman and Heinrich Ursprung in 1989. It brings together political economists from many places around the globe. The workshop takes place in July in Pontresina (it used to be in Silvaplana).
