Masters and Undergraduate students: Some of you may be interested in exploring Business research and find an overlap with my work. If your goal is funded research assistant position, the bar is very high and there is max 1 RA I fund per year. I don't run a large lab. Currently, it is unlikely that I'll hire without having seen your work in detail. Overall, this is not a promising route.

If your goal is to work towards an undergraduate/masters thesis, I would encourage you to thoroughly read my most active research stream on AI in Housing Market (at least the Introductions of the papers!). If you have a concrete project idea in mind, which has a strong overlap between your goals and my ongoing research stream, please do reach out. E-mail me your idea in max 1 page. I will be happy to chat, refine and then collaborate. I realize that spending all this effort with an uncertain collaboration outcome is tricky. I completely understand if you skip this route too.
