開催趣旨

2017年10月、カフェパランは開店8周年を迎えます。

私たち《Morning Zine Circle》は、2016年10月から毎月一度、ジンに関することを学び・実践する場として、カフェパランの一角で集まりをもってきました。

このサークルでは、ジンに関する内容だけでなく、DIYカルチャーの歴史的・思想的背景、オルタナティブなネットワーキングのあり方、そして多様なアクティヴィズムがもつ可能性、といったテーマにもアプローチしています。こうした方向性は、カフェパランの運営精神とも共通するものです。

そこで今回、8周年記念イベント（★）の日にあわせて、私たちは小さなジンフェストを開催することにしました。

ジン・カルチャーに関心があるかたはもちろん、何らかのインディペンデントな制作活動をされているかた、共同で文化を創造する実践を模索されているかた、そしてもちろん、ふだんカフェパランを利用されているかたまで、ぜひお気軽にご来場ください。

★パランまつり［Phalam Festival］：2017年10月28日（土）11:00～16:00

Cafe Phalam will pass its 8th anniversary in October this year.

We, Morning Zine Circle have had gatherings as a place to learn and practice things about ZINE at a corner of Cafe Phalam once each month since October 2016.

We approach not only the matter around ZINE culture, but also the themes as the ideological and historical background of DIY culture, the way of being of alternative networking, the potential of diverse activism. This direction fits the spirit of management of Cafe Phalam.

Therefore, at this time, we hold a (small-scale) ZINE FEST on the sidelines of the event commemorating the 8th anniversary.

Those who are interested in ZINE culture, who are doing some kind of independent activities, who are exploring practices to create culture collectively, and who frequent Cafe Phalam, we are looking forward to your visit!
