1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing NightWatchVR ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the Game.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Harvey Clarke grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on supported Meta Quest hardware devices for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Conduct and User Rules
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Game.
You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts other users' experiences.
Your use of the Game is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Code of Conduct for the Quest platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, visual assets, audio, code, branding, and characters associated with NightWatchVR are the intellectual property of Harvey Clarke. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of game assets is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Harvey Clarke) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Game following any changes means you accept the updated terms.
