NightWatchVR is an intense, minimalist survival horror game designed for standalone VR headsets. In the game, you play from the top of an exposed, freezing watchtower surrounded by pitch-black darkness. With no walls to hide behind and no weapons to defend yourself, your only tools are your own hands, which double as your flashlight. Your goal is to survive by sweeping your light beam into the abyss to spot and stop the relentless, terrifying living beans climbing up toward your platform before they can reach the top.
You are standing alone on top of an exposed watchtower, the freezing wind howling around you, and the stakes couldn't be simpler: protect the tower at all costs. Down below, the terrain is pitch-black, and your only tools are your bare hands—which double as your lifeline and your flashlight.
NightWatchVR is an intense, minimalist survival horror game built from the ground up for standalone VR by Harvey Clarke. There are no walls to hide behind, no complicated weapon mechanics, and no escape. The catch? The things climbing up out of the dark toward your platform are terrifying, relentless living beans, and every sweep of your light is the only thing keeping them from reaching the top.
