Thank you for your commitment to Night to Shine. We look forward to seeing

you Friday, February 8th.

As everyone in our area we have been impacted by hurricane Michael and as

such will be handling things a little different this year.

1 - Volunteers MUST be at Lyndell Convention Center (Senior Center) 423

Lyndell Ln, PCB, FL. between 4:30pm and 5:15pm for orientation of

assignments.

2 - Buddies, please encourage your guest to get pictures and ride the limo

during necessary breaks or when first arriving. Please also share with

them the prayer wall and assist as they request.

3 - A list of positions has been posted on our facebook page night to shine

panama city. IF YOU DO NOT SEE YOUR NAME ON A POSITION LIST, YOU ARE A

BUDDY. There is also a job description list as well on our page.

The evening schedule will be:

5:15 - ALL volunteers are accounted for and trained

5:30-6:30 - Guests will arrive (limos are open at this time)

6 - Opening remarks

6-7 - Dinner is served (we will be breaking down tables surrounding the

dance floor immediately following to allow for additional dancing room)

7 - dancing is open (limo remains open)

8;45 - closing remarks

9 - ALL guests should be clear of the building and take down begins (all

volunteers welcome)

10 - Everyone must be clear from the building

PLEASE BE PATIENT - this will be very different from previous years, but

our mission remains the same; to provide a magical evening for our guests

that is full of God's love and promise.
