2018 IMPORTANT INFO for EVERYONE!
GUESTS OF HONOR CHECK IN @ 5:30 pm
Parents/Caregivers please stay with the Guests until paired with a buddy then you may go to the Respite/Caregiver area to relax, enjoy the night with other parents/caregivers, while still in eye sight of all the activities.
VOLUNTEERS arrive by 5:00 pm to check in and start helping.
Remember Friday afternoon traffic.
All GUESTS OF HONOR/CAREGIVERS/PARENTS/BUDDIES:
All activities will be free at the prom including supper,boutonniere/coursage, dancing, caricatures, stilt walkers, photo opportunities,a limo ride, and a quiet room for anyone who needs a break from the crowd or noise! At the end of the night Guests of Honor will be given a gift bag of goodies and a Night to Shine T-shirt! :)
IF YOU NEED ANYTHING WHILE AT PROM FLAG DOWN A "FLOATER" OR SOMEONE WITH A WALKIE TALKIE AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!

2019 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
5:00 - All volunteers arrive
5:15 - ALL volunteers are accounted for and trained
5:30-6:30 - Guests of Honor arrive and check in and meet buddies. (Caregivers should go over any specific needs or concerns w/ buddy)
(limos are open at this time)
6 :00 - Opening remarks
6:00 - 7:00 - Dinner is served (we will be breaking down tables surrounding the dance floor immediately following to allow for additional dancing room)
7 :00 - dancing is open (limo remains open)
8:45 - closing remarks
9:00 - End of event. ALL guests should be clear of the building and take down begins (all volunteers welcome)
10 :00- Everyone must be clear from the building
PLEASE BE PATIENT - this will be very different from previous years, but our mission remains the same; to provide a magical evening for our guests that is full of God's love and promise.
