Night Shift Janitorial provides commercial cleaning and related services, which may include:
General commercial cleaning and janitorial services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in any situation that we believe is unsafe, unsanitary beyond our capacity, or otherwise inappropriate for our staff or business.
All quotes and proposals are based on the information provided by the Client and any walkthrough of the property. Quotes may include:

Cleaning schedule and frequency
Estimated time on site
Pricing and payment terms
Quotes are typically valid for a limited period, as stated on the quote or proposal. We reserve the right to revise pricing if:
Service requirements change
Square footage, usage, or building conditions differ from what was described
Additional services are requested
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed by both parties, preferably in writing (email is acceptable).
Night Shift Janitorial operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Actual cleaning times will be scheduled in coordination with the Client. We may adjust schedules based on holidays, special events, or staffing needs with reasonable notice.
The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled cleaning times. This may include:
Keys, access codes, security badges, or other entry methods
Instructions for alarm systems and secure areas
If our staff cannot access the premises as scheduled due to building closure, locked doors, alarm issues, or other obstacles, we may charge a cancellation or lockout fee.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information about the facility and cleaning needs
Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
Notify us of any hazardous conditions or materials
Secure valuables, sensitive documents, and confidential information
Inform us promptly of any concerns or issues with the service
If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please provide as much notice as possible. For regular scheduled service, we may require reasonable advance notice (for example, 24–48 hours) to avoid a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in circumstances beyond our control, including:
Severe weather
Power outages
Building or site emergencies
Illness, accidents, or staff shortages
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service as soon as possible.
Pricing will be provided in your quote, proposal, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Services may be billed after each visit, weekly, or monthly, depending on your plan.
Invoices are typically due within the payment terms stated on the invoice (for example, Net 15 or Net 30).
Late payments may be subject to late fees, interest charges, or suspension of services.
We accept the payment methods indicated on our invoices or agreed upon in advance. The Client is responsible for any bank fees, returned payments, or third‑party charges.
We may adjust pricing from time to time due to increases in labor costs, supplies, or changes in the scope of work. Any change in price will be communicated to you in advance.
Night Shift Janitorial generally provides its own cleaning products, tools, and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If the Client requests specific products (for example, eco‑friendly products or particular brands), this must be agreed in advance and may affect pricing.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from the use of cleaning products requested or supplied by the Client that are unsuitable for certain surfaces.
We take reasonable care when working in your facility. If damage or breakage occurs and is clearly caused by our staff, we ask that you notify us in writing within a reasonable time (for example, within 48 hours of service) with details and, if possible, photographs.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to:
The cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a reasonable amount; or
The total amount paid by the Client for the specific service visit during which the incident occurred, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for:
Pre‑existing damage, wear and tear, or defects
Items improperly installed, secured, or in poor condition
Damage resulting from incorrect instructions or products supplied by the Client
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data
The Client is responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items.
We comply with applicable health and safety regulations and train our staff to work safely. We may refuse to clean or enter areas that present an unreasonable risk, including:
The presence of biological hazards, bodily fluids, mold, or infestations beyond normal cleaning
Hazardous chemicals or unknown substances
Structural dangers or unsafe work conditions
If hazardous or unsafe conditions are discovered, we may suspend service until the issue is resolved or adjust the scope of work by mutual agreement.

The Client engages in abusive or unsafe behavior toward our staff
Conditions at the property become unsafe, unlawful, or significantly different from the agreed scope
Any outstanding invoices or amounts due remain payable upon termination.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
For significant changes affecting existing service agreements, we will make reasonable efforts to notify our clients directly.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services or website will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
