RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERY

1. Send us an email at niftystoreph@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt and send us photos of the damages or the products that you received to qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Once return/exchange request has been deemed valid via email, goods should be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging with the sales invoice within 10 days after return/exchange request has been approved by NIFTY.
3. NIFTY will refund the return delivery charges.
4. NIFTY is in no way responsible for the products once they are received by the customers. Therefore, it is advised that you ship back the items through a courier that offers insurance for your package.
