WHAT ARE NIFTY SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping is FREE on all orders above P699 for Metro Manila and above P799 for Provincial addresses. Otherwise, a shipping fee of P110 will be charged for deliveries in Metro Manila, and P150 for Provincial.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

We ship via Xend. Kindly let us know if you wish to ship via LBC (shipping rates are different).

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR NIFTY PRODUCTS?

Delivery takes 3 to 7 days from confirmation of payment for Xend.

HOW DO WE ORDER?

Ordering is easy! Fill-up our Order Form and expect an email from us with your order summary within 24 hours.

Notice to shoppers: Since our temporary site isn't capable of tracking product inventory count, there might be changes in your order summary if some items have sold out. Feel free to email us if you want to order other products in exchange of the sold out ones.

HOW DO WE PAY FOR YOUR AWESOME PRODUCTS?

• Paypal

You may pay with your credit/debit card via Paypal (no need for a Paypal account) or deposit your payment via BDO.

For Paypal Payment, once you have confirmed the order summary we sent you, you will receive a Paypal Invoice email from Voyant Enterprises with the total amount for payment. Just click "View and Pay Invoice" and you will be redirected to Paypal.com for your payment.

• BDO Deposit/Western Union Transfer

For bank deposit and money transfer, instructions will be indicated on the Order Summary email we will be sending.

• Coins.ph

QR Code will be sent along with the Order Summary for you to scan to process payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WERE INCORRECT?

Although we try our very best to ensure the quality of our products and that the deliveries are accurate, these things just happen. If this happens to you, we are very sorry and please let us align the stars once again for you and visit our Returns and Exchanges page for full instructions.

OPERATING HOURS

Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

CUT OFFS

Confirmed orders received by 6 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the next working day. Orders received on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Actual product color may not match exactly due to different print batches and monitor calibration.
