•NiftyOracle — Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your NiftyOracle subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, refunds for digital subscription products are generally not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

A refund will be considered only if a verified technical defect renders the App completely unusable for more than 48 consecutive hours, and we are unable to resolve it within that period. Refund claims must be submitted by email to niftyoracle.in@gmail.com with payment proof. Verified refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.

For any billing dispute, please contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge.
