Nidhi began learning Bharatanatyam at the age of seven from Smt.Janani Narayanan. She has further continued her training under the tutelage of Smt. Roopa Anand at Nrityaarpana Dance Academy. She has performed both solo and in groups, at various dance festivals and productions, and won prizes at competitions like OSAAT, Maithry, etc, and has also completed the Praveshika Poorna level in the ABGMV examinations. She also enjoys other dance forms, and is the co-captain of her school’s Bollywood dance team. Nidhi finds dance energizing and a great de-stressor and it has helped build her confidence and connect to her culture. Outside of dance, Nidhi is  passionate about technology and service. She  has been recognized by NCWIT with their national “Aspirations in Computing” award and is a two-time presidential service award winner.
