As a pair of cute thiefs, get as much treasures as you can before the police arrives at the scene! Play solo or (better) co-op, controlling a pair of thieves that have to collaborate to steal the various treasures in each house.Move and rotate the blocks synchronizing with your partner, and hurry up!
This project was developed in 48h during the GGJ2022, which main topic was: Duality.
During the Game Jam, I was involved as Game Designer with my 4 colleagues (game designer/programmers, sound expert and art expert) and it was made in Unreal Engine 4.
My role as Game Designer included different tasks:
System Design: Main mechanic and programming with blueprints
Level Design: Create puzzles and metrics
Testing
SFX design and integration
This was my first experience in a Game Jam and for me it was a very fun and satisfying process. It is amazing the collaborative process that occurs to generate the central idea of the game (brainstorming phase) to achieve a result in such a short time.
The development process was exhausting but the attitude of the whole team was spectacular and the result was very gratifying.
