Nicole White provides both Notary Public services and Passport Application Concierge services through online and in-person appointments.

**Notary Public Services**  

I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Michigan. I am authorized to perform notarial acts including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and affirmations. I offer notarial services both **in-person** and online via [Proof.com](https://app.proof.com/).  

My notary fees follow Michigan law: a maximum of **$10 per notarial act**, plus any applicable **travel or convenience fee**. I accept payment via PayPal or **cash** in person.

**I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice**, including explanations of legal documents, immigration forms, or eligibility requirements.

**Passport Application Concierge Services**  

I assist clients with the U.S. passport application preparation, offering **in-person** and **online support** through [Fiverr](https://www.fiverr.com/passport_pros). Services may include helping gather documentation, reviewing official checklists, assistance with photos, and offering procedural guidance.  

I do **not offer legal advice or interpret immigration law**. Payment for in-person passport services may be accepted in **cash** or through Fiverr, depending on the appointment type.

**Separation of Services**  

Notary and passport concierge services are offered **independently**. Clients are under no obligation to use both. Notarial services are neutral and independent — I do not notarize documents where I have a direct interest, including those related to my concierge services, unless allowed by law.
