My name is Nicole Ford Burley, and I represent Ward 3 on the Lebanon City Council.
What are my qualifications? First and foremost, I'm an informed citizen who cares about Lebanon. In my professional work I manage millions of dollars in research funding, so I understand budgets and fiscal responsibility. I'm the Chair of the Lebanon's Heritage Commission, and I'm currently serving my second term as City Historian. I'm an active member of the Lebanon Historical Society, and I've served on several Upper Valley community boards.
Who am I? It's a familiar story: I grew up in the Upper Valley and left for college. I spent many years 'away' before returning almost 6 years ago to raise the next generation of my family in Lebanon. Take a look at my Bio to learn more about me and my qualifications.
I think Lebanon is a great place, and I'm serving on City Council to help do the hard work to make sure that Lebanon can continue to be an excellent home for its residents and for future generations.
My top priorities are sustainable budgeting, responsible growth and development, and strengthening and supporting our community. Click through the sections below to learn more about these priorities, and visit the Events pageto learn about City Council events.
