Nicole Fields

My name is Nicole Fields. I'm currently a senior studying Health Services Management in the Richard M Fairbanks School of Public Health at IUPUI. I would like to be a leader that is highly thought of for her passion to increase positive work environments not only for our healthcare workers, but for our patients as well! This includes creating an environment where nobody is left behind and continuing to build on experiences to better our services.

Why Health Services Management?

It was a long process for me to land as a HSM major. Starting out in Dental Hygiene, I soon realized that wasn't for me. I then moved on to Psychology, back to Dental Hygiene, then into Radiography, then landed in Health Services Management. I guess the point of my journey was that I wanted to be involved in the healthcare field, but it just took me while to figure out that it wasn't on the clinical side of it.
