 1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment with Nick's Mobile Mechanics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

 2. Services Provided

Nick's Mobile Mechanics offers the following services:

- Oil Changes

- Battery Replacements

- Air Filter Changes

- Brake Pad/Shoe Replacements

Additional services may be available upon request.

3. Service Availability

Services are provided on a mobile basis within our designated service area. Availability is subject to scheduling and may vary based on location and demand.

4. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle and location to ensure timely service.

5. Payment Terms

- Pricing: Prices for services are quoted before service is performed. Additional charges may apply for parts, taxes or unforeseen issues.

- Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Card, Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of services.

 6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

- Ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

- Provide accurate vehicle information and any known issues.

- Remove any personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service, that may disrupt the process of service.

-Provide the keys to access the car in order to provide the services paid for.

7. Warranty and Liability

- Warranty:** Parts replaced by Nick's Mobile Mechanics may carry manufacturer warranties, but labor is typically warranted for 2 weeks.

- Liability:** Nick's Mobile Mechanics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within this time frame may incur a fee.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iowa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Iowa.

 10. Changes to Terms

Nick's Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via our website or direct communication.
