Here at Nichols College, if you’ve got the desire to travel, we’ve got a destination for you. Studying abroad is one of the best ways to expand both your cultural and intellectual horizons—and enhance your career.
You’ll not only make lifelong memories, but by studying abroad, you’ll bring unique perspectives to your professional life and stand out to recruiters. They recognize that applicants who have studied abroad often offer a variety of transferable, cross-cultural and industry-specific skills.
At Nichols College, we offer three different types of programs abroad:
Semester programs, in which you take classes at an overseas university or college and earn Nichols College credit along the way,
1-2 week overseas trips led by Nichols College faculty in connection with a Nichols College course, and
Internships abroad, where you fulfill the experiential-learning requirement of your program by gaining work experience in another country.
It's never too soon to start preparing for your study abroad experience whether that means researching potential courses or creating a budget. Explore the available resources and identify the steps you need to take.
