Key Features Include:
New Loan Application: Enables users to initiate and manage new loan requests with ease.
Top-Up / Refinance Loans: Allows existing borrowers to increase their current loan amounts or refinance under new terms.
Takeover / Buy-Back Loans: Facilitates the transfer of loan obligations between different financial institutions, ensuring seamless loan takeovers or buy-back arrangements.
Reports Section: Provides detailed and exportable reports for all loan types, offering insights into loan status, performance, and history.
Loan Calculator: A built-in calculator that supports users and administrators in estimating repayment schedules, interest rates, and total payable amounts across all loan types.
This project was developed by a team of three members, each assigned a specific role: frontend developer, backend developer, and tester. I served as the backend developer, responsible for implementing the server-side logic and API integrations. We used Spring Boot with Java for the backend and AngularJS for the frontend, enabling a robust and responsive web application architecture.
