The Mount is designed to house two batteries behind the seat. It is made from machined plastic. The batteries are tightly squeezed into the frames
The motor that is being used is a 24V scooter motor. The mount is a 3D printed design. This design consists of a half circle shape encapsulating the motor with multiple screws along the bottom
This part was extracted directly from the scooter. The knob on the left side had variable speed control. I decided to modify the circuitry and reduce the controller to a few functions. These are motor speed and battery power indication.
The controller was mounted using a 3D printed design. The 3D printed part is screwed on to tapped holes on the bike
