Consultations

Nicholas & Kasia both offer consultations over the phone. They are free of charge and can last up to 30 minutes. They are an opportunity to get to know us as therapists and ask questions.

Individual Therapy

Both Nicholas & Kasia offer individual therapy. Client's must be 14 years of age or older. Current rates are $40 per session. You can expect a session to last anywhere between 45-60 minutes. Sessions can take place over the phone, online/virtually, or in-person at the London, ON location.

Sliding scale price options are available upon inquiry.

Couple's Therapy

Nicholas Bonk currently offers couple's therapy. Couple's must be 18 years or older. Current rates for sessions are $60-80. You can expect a session to last anywhere between 90 minutes to 2 hours. Sessions can be held online/virtually, over the phone, or in-person at the London, ON location.

Sliding scale price options are available upon inquiry.

Billing & Fees

Our current rates for therapy are $40 per hour for individual sessions and $60-$80 for 90 minute-2 hour couples sessions.

Acceptable payment methods include: Credit card (Mastercard or Visa), Visa debit, E-transfer, or exact cash.

Clients who opt to pay by credit card will be billed in monthly intervals unless otherwise requested. Clients who pay by e-transfer or cash will be billed after the session. There are no fees or taxes associated with any method of payment. Receipts are issued for insurance purposes and record keeping.

Please note that we do not file insurance claims for clients.

Missed/Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments

Missed appointments may be charged at full session costs rates at the practitioners discretion.

Cancelled appointments are accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise they will be considered missed appointments and the individual may still be charged the full session cost.

Rescheduled appointments are accepted with a minimum of 24 hour notice. They will not be accepted after this point. If a client fails to show, it will be considered a missed appointment and they may be charged full session costs.
