PLO 2: Apply Team Building and Decision Making Skills

The assignment below is a group project from the Public Images of Organizations course.

Our goal with this assignment was to pick an organization and put together a detailed plan to expand operations for the chosen organization. This assignment shows team building and decision making skills because we worked together a team to create a scenario and a solution to the problems the chosen organization was facing. Team building was used because it was a collaborative effort and decision making was used because each of us had to make our own decisions when it came to writing our parts and what to include.
