Team Case Study

Within this tab there is the Team Case Study Paper and the Team Case Study Presentation my group collaborated on this semester. However, there was no video requirement for this assignment. We chose to do a voice-over presentation instead which is included below the paper.

Reflection:

After completing the Team Case Study Project, I can say that I learned a lot about our chosen company which was Tesla. I also learned a lot about collaborating with a group on a big project like this. There were many lessons learned such as sets clear milestones and goals to ensure that everyone keeps up with their part. Toward the end we failed to do this a team and as a result some of the group were behind on their part. Looking back we should have set clearer expectations to ensure that everyone was on the same track and getting their work done around the same time.
