September 2022: I presented some of the early results of my collaboration with the distinguished biologist Dr. Eric Pianka at the Canadian Herpetological Societies' annual meeting in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The talk was on generating 10 dimensional hypervolumes of the niches of 10 sympatric Ctenotus skinks from the Great Victoria Desert in Australia using ~50 years of data from Dr. Pianka. Unfortunately Dr. Pianka died 2 days before I presented.

May 2022: First field season investigating overwintering of Phrynosoma hernandesi in Southwestern Saskachewan is complete.
