Call Reminder – Privacy Policy

Call Reminder ("the app"), package com.niceapps.callreminder, is published by Nice Apps. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

1. Information you enter

You may add people you want to stay in touch with: name, phone number, optional photo, birthday, special dates, reminder schedule, and call notes or logs. This information is stored only on your device in a local database. Nice Apps does not operate servers that receive this data, and we never see it.

2. Optional Google Drive backup

If you choose to back up, you sign in with Google and the app saves a backup file to your own Google Drive. The app uses the limited "drive.file" permission, so it can access only files it created. The backup belongs to you, and we cannot access it.

3. Crash reports and app configuration

We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and basic device diagnostics (such as device model, OS version and app version) so we can fix problems. We use Firebase Remote Config to adjust app settings. These do not include your contacts or notes.

4. Advertising

Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and device information to show and measure ads, and may ask for your consent where required by law. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your Android settings. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Google processes all payments, and we never receive your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm your subscription status, using an anonymous app user ID and purchase records.

6. Feedback

If you send feedback through our feedback form (Tally) or by email, we receive only what you choose to send, and we use it only to improve the app.

7. Permissions

The app may request notification, alarm and phone-call permissions so it can show reminders and let you start calls. These permissions are used only for those features.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Deleting your data

You can delete people and notes inside the app, uninstall the app to remove all local data, and delete the backup file from your Google Drive at any time.

10. Third-party policies

Google Play, Firebase, AdMob and RevenueCat process data under their own privacy policies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
