This page is for authors whose abstracts were accepted to present at the NICCCSR 2026. You will receive a link to submit your full paper in your email. This page provides general guidance on the Full Paper Submission Phase.

Submissions shall be made through the submission form link provided in the email notifying you of your abstract selection.

Full Paper Submission Fee

To complete the full paper submission process, participants are required to pay the following abstract submission fee:

Student Presenter

• National Rp250.000

• International US$ 25

General Presenter

• National Rp350.000

• International US$ 35

Notes:

• The full paper submission fee applies to all presenters submitting abstracts to NICCSR 2026 and is charged per paper.

• Payment must be completed before the full paper review process begins.

• Proof of payment must be uploaded through the official registration form.

• The abstract submission fee is non-refundable.

If you encounter technical difficulties with the submission fee payment, please contact the conference committee at ncfsr.id@gmail.com. Group payments are also accepted; just ensure your proof of payment includes a note listing all contributors.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

General Requirements

The submitted full paper must comply with the following requirements:

1. The full paper must be written in clear and academically appropriate English.

2. Please use the template provided by the conference committee when submitting your file and name it accordingly:

   • Sole authorship: Author Full Name_Paper Title

   • Written by 2 authors: 1st Author First Name-2nd Author First Name_Paper Title

   • Written by more than 2 authors: Author First Name-et al_Paper Title

3. Submissions must present original research that has not been previously published or presented at another academic event.

4. Please submit in Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF format.

Formatting Requirements

The abstract document must follow these formatting standards (see template):

• • Font: Goudy Old Style

  • Font Size: 12 pt

  • Line Spacing: Single (1.0)

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Alignment: Justified

  • Title: Bold, Title Case, Centered

Conflict of Interest

Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed in a separate cover letter (added after Bibliography) or email to the organizing committee.
