For more details, see the Requirements page.
The season begins December 1 and ends mid-May.
These dates are set by the North Carolina NICA league. It is designed to reduce conflicts with Fall sports (soccer, cross-country, football).
Practice is scheduled every Tuesday & Thursday from 3:30-5pm.
The location is the Polk County Recreation Complex next to Polk County Middle School.
If there are changes to this schedule, you will be be notified by a Coach.
Racing is not required, but it is a lot of fun.
The race schedule is updated here. These events are for the entire North Carolina NICA league-- so they are spread across the state.
If you wish to attend a race, you must tell your Coach. They will sign you up.
