Our App collects face and body data only when you choose to provide it in order to use virtual fitting features. This data may be collected through:

We do not collect face or body data in the background, nor without your direct interaction.

We maintain pages on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. If you interact with these pages, we may receive Personal Information you choose to provide (e.g., comments or messages). These platforms may also provide us with aggregated analytics data.

We do not use face or body data for advertising, marketing, identity verification, facial recognition across services, or training third-party models.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

No Third-Party Disclosure of Face and Body Data

We do not share, sell, rent, license, or disclose face or body data to any third parties.
This data remains confined to Nibblr, LLC’s systems and is used only to deliver the virtual fitting functionality requested by the user.

Other Limited Disclosures

We may share limited Personal Information (excluding face and body data) only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With vendors that support infrastructure, hosting, or operational needs, under strict confidentiality obligations

• Legal Compliance: If required by law or legal process

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Face and body data are excluded from these disclosures.

4. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information, including face and body data, for as long as your account remains active.

• Your data is stored only while you maintain a user profile

• If you delete your profile or request deletion, your Personal Information—including face and body data—will be permanently deleted from our systems, subject to limited legal or backup retention requirements

You may update, correct, or delete your Personal Information at any time by managing your account or by contacting us at:

Upon verified deletion requests, we will remove associated Personal Information, including face and body data, in accordance with applicable law.
