This program aims to support NIA in the implementation of an efficient and systematic study-based rehabilitation and improvement program geared towards irrigation modernization through the realization of the following undertakings:
NIS profiling and prioritization for the conduct of pre-feasibility studies (preFS);
Development of preFS as basis for a full-blown feasibility study (FS) recommendation; and,
Completion and approval of FS, for Detailed Engineering Design (DED) endorsement.
