Positions Vacant - Volunteers Needed!

The Niagara Park Ourimbah Dockers Junior AFL Club are looking for Coaches and Team Managers to get our kids on the ground in season 2023.  No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided to the right candidates for both of these roles - we have experienced Team Managers and Coaches in our other grades who are ready, willing and able to help you learn the ropes and settle in.  

Have a look at the position descriptions below and the following points:

• A NSW Working with Children Check must be completed (free for Volunteers)

• Coach Accreditation must be attained (online, and costs covered by the Dockers)

• We love it when our parents get involved, however it's worth noting that the coaching role may also suit a young adult who has previously or is currently playing AFL, and would like to begin their coaching career - who do you know who'd like to get involved?

• The most important requirements for both the Coach and Team Manager roles are a positive attitude, enjoying meeting new people, loves working with kids and a passion for AFL
