The Head of Recruitment & Training Officer is held by the allocated Director and is solely in charge of the department. The vast majority of his work occurs behind the scenes.
He is responsible for keeping the department running and maintaining its infrastructure whilst conducting changes made within the department including the various forms and sheets and reviewing the applications.
All final decisions within matters related to recruitment and managing are made by him to ensure the vital running of the department and it’s progression forward within the NHS.
(This role is to be filled by a Director of the NHS)
They will be responsible for:
Hold overall responsibility of the department and taking care of it’s progression forward within the NHS while reporting directly to the CEO.
Hold overall control of all RTO documentation and key infrastructure and is responsible for overall department changes.
Supervise all current medics and their actions in and out of game and report his or her actions if needed or just have a chat to straighten them out.
Handle reports regarding medics in a professional manner.
Reports all department actions, progression and changes to the CEO.
Hold exceptional knowledge of the NHS and server rules to answer all NHS related queries and question(s).
Reviewing NHS applications while making critical recruitment decisions on bringing them forward for interview or denial of application.
Daily checks of all department document and applications.
Managing the S/TO's and passing on information to him that will be trickled down.
Evaluation of RTO members performance(s).
Utilizes vital department progression data to decide critical department decisions.
Responsible for holding the department’s meetings.
Dealing with NHS application on the forums.
The Senior Training Officer(s) are a crucial part of the NHS' system.
They consist of Senior NHS Staff that have proved themselves worthy of further responsibility and have the ability to oversee and supervise their fellow medics.
They have shown their knowledge and capability within the NHS and are the first line of help for their fellow RTO’s.
They report directly to the H/RTO if any problems arise.
(This will be open to 4 NHS Staff members at the discretion of the NHS Management.)
They will be responsible for:
Interviews of all potential new recruits to the NHS
Supervise all current medics and their actions in and out of game and report his or her actions if needed or just have a chat to straighten them out.
To feed vital and crucial information to the H/RTO, from reports to general information needed to keep the department running.
Reviewing NHS applications while make critical recruitment decisions on bringing them forward for interview or denial of application.
Hold exceptional knowledge of NHS and server rules to answer all NHS related queries and question(s).
Dealing with NHS application on the forums.
The Recruitment & Training Officers are the foot soldiers of the National Health Service. They consist of highly skilled individuals who are authorized and trained to handle interviews and are very experienced in vetting and evaluating all potential new recruits based on a strict criteria to determine if they are fit and able to join the NHS.
All RTO's are highly trained individuals in seek for the very best candidates for the NHS.
The RTO's are friendly, professional and neutral staff who are very knowledgeable of NHS rules, handbook and general server rules.
(This will be open up to 5 applicants at the H/RTO's discretion)
They will be responsible for:
Interviews of all potential new recruits to the NHS.
Training of new recruits & medics.
To feed vital and crucial information back to the S/TOs and report any issues no matter how insignificant or little they are.
Hold exceptional knowledge of NHS and server rules to answer all NHS related queries and question(s).
General paperwork involving new recruits.
Keeping high standard of medics on the live servers.
