1. Do not abuse your RTO powers, such as move power.
2. Respect the chain of command.
3. Always be neutral towards others, put any biases aside and act sensible. You're a senior member of the NHS after all.
4. Consult your fellow RTO's and STO's, they're there for you to work with - you're a team.
5. H/RTO and the CEO make the final decisions in any situation.
6. Be respectful to everybody.
7. Do not submit false information or interview, you will be severely punished if you are found to be creating fake information.
8. Do not do any RTO work for friends or gangmates. You can only do RTO work for your friends or gangmates with a S/TO+ present that is also not in the same gang, or ask another RTO member to conduct the interview for them.
9. Do not change or modify anything you are not allowed to, such as the interview sheet or the RTO interpol.
10. Do not share information that was shared between NHS Staff/Management to the public.
