Create a Finals Forms account by November 1st  (link below)

Have a ParentSquare app downloaded

Pay Transportation Fee, suit fee, and cap fee, this will be put onto ParentSquare. 

1. Raider swim caps must be worn during competition, if your athlete does not already have one, silicone is $17. Cap fee will automatically appear if your athlete is a freshman. All others who need one can pay for it with the coaches. 

2. Each athlete must buy a new suit every year. No exceptions. 

Print out Physical Forms (link below), fill out Physical History, Consent, Acknowledgement, and Release then take to doctor's appointment for them to fill out the Physical Examination portion.

Upload all Forms into Final Forms (athletes CANNOT practice until they are in Final Forms), keep paper copy for your records.

Away and Sectional Dinner Contribution - $25 cash or check to Marissa Gardner

We are going to keep all communications on Parent Square. Please make sure you are checking that. 

Below are links to the stores, Athlete, Parent, and Jacket. The only mandatory item is the Athlete plain t. Only athletes are to order off that store. All others use the parent store.

PARENTS OF SENIORS ONLY - Jeff Douglas will be at team photos to take banner photos. This will be $45 each and banners will be $25. Marissa will keep track of the money and pay for these all together.
