Coach Fancy has been swimming since the age of 7. She swam for Concord Swim Club and Concord High School. She also swam for Western Illinois University while obtaining her Law Enforcement degree. She has coached previously at Concord Swim Club, NASA, and most recently for WIN Tidal Wave in Newburgh, IN. She's coached multiple Age Group State Finalists, multiple Senior State Finalists, and a Junior National Qualifier.
Her love for the sport is what drives her to be a better coach. She loves to make up a little saying or something that the kids will remember to make the sport more fun while teaching them something about their technique. There's no doubt you'll hear her on the pool deck.
She's excited to be back home and start her first year as a head high school swim coach. She's excited to lead the program with enthusiasm and commitment. She has one son Alex who is currently serving as a US Navy Sailor in Japan.
Coach Gardner grew up in Las Vegas, where she swam competitively since she was 5. She moved to the Middlebury area 9 years ago. She has a passion for coaching and is very competitive. Her favorite part of being a part of the Raiders is getting to watch the athletes grow and achieve their goals. She works in Real Estate investing and has her hands full with a 4 year old and 2 year old when she isn't coaching. She also coordinates Swim Lessons for NASA
Coach Shelley has been with the Raider high school team for since 2023. A Northridge Swim alumni herself, she understand what this program means and the standards we hold ourselves to.
