2020 Scholarship Recipients

Mackenzie Howe

Mackenzie is a second-year pharmacy student at MCPHS – Manchester from Hooksett, NH. She currently serves as the president of ASHP Student Societies of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP-SSHP), as well as vice president of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), secretary of Student Pharmacists Against Prescription Drug Abuse (SPARxDA), and student representative in the Co-Curriculum Committee at MCPHS. Outside of her education, Mackenzie also serves as a volunteer for various organizations such as Children’s Miracle Network and Girls Inc of New Hampshire. She is currently an intern at PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy and hopes to pursue residency after graduating in May of 2022.  Mackenzie is the recipient of the annual $3,000 scholarship provided by the Dr. Vahrij Manoukian Memorial Scholarship Fund.


Alyssa Bangrazi

Alyssa graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2018 with a bachelor of science in chemistry. From there she immediately went on to continue her education at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University - Manchester,  During her time at MCPHS University, she became Vice President of Student Pharmacists Against Prescription Drug Abuse and secretary of Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society. She is also a pharmacy intern for Rite Aid Pharmacy as well as Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Once she graduates, she hopes to pursue a residency in the New England area and one day practice emergency medicine in an institutional setting.  Alyssa is the recipient of a $1500 scholarship which is provided by the Dr. George Skenderian Scholarship Fund and the Roland P. Gosselin Scholarship Fund and the New Hampshire Pharmacists Association Foundation, Inc.


Susan Dolan

Susan is currently a second year student at the University of New England School of Pharmacy. Prior to graduate school she earned her Bachelor’s in Medical Biology from the University of New England College of Arts and Sciences. Susan is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, participates in research on campus, recently became a CUP AHEC Scholar, and is a member of the CVS Pharmacy Intern Program. In addition, she holds multiple leadership positions as the Recording Signare for Alpha Zeta Omega, a member of the SSHP Education Committee, and as the class representative on the School of Pharmacy’s Wellness Task Force. Susan is the recipient of a $1500 scholarship provided by the New Hampshire Pharmacists Association Foundation, Inc.
