Although worship can happen without a single note, most ministries have designated praise times when we worship through songs. NHM is no exception. The NHM Praise Team consists of NHM members who exercise their gifts in the field of music so that the community at NHM can be led into worship through the medium of music.
The members of the NHM Praise Team are responsible to learning their designated parts of a given praise set. The instrumentalists and vocalists will practice individually throughout the week and then come together early on the Sunday morning to rehearse for the set that will be played during praise time.

Worship Team is currently for talented inviduals to fill in the following roles:
Male vocalists - must know how to sing harmony lines.
Female vocalists - must know how to sing harmony lines.
Bassists
Electric guitarists

We are reminded through John 4:23 that our God desires worship of Him to be done in spirit and in truth. What that means is not only shall our worship be genuine and heartfelt, but there must be a knowledge of WHO we are worshipping - we cannot worship someone that we do not know. As such, the NHM Praise Team is looking for genuine worshippers of God who also have been gifted in the field of music.
With that said, joining the NHM Praise team is a 3-part process:
First, is the written application.
Second, is the music audition.
Third, is a short interview.
