In relation to the review of the FY 2025 Proposed Budget of the National Government, the National Housing Authority is hereby submitting the following documents:

1. Overview of the FY 2025 Budget 

1.1 Highlights and Salient Features of major items in the proposed FY 2025 budget.

1.2 Justification for any major change between the FY 2024 and FY 2025 budget

1.3 Project profile/brief description of existing projects – Locally Funded Projects (LFP) and Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs)

1.4 Project profile/brief description of new projects – Locally Funded Projects (LFP) and Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs)

1.5 List of Programs/ Activities/ Projects that will achieve the goals set forth the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023 to 2028 

2. Comparative Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow, and Statement of Changes in Equity):

2.1 Audited Financial Statements for FY 2022 and FY 2023

2.2 Projected Financial Statements for FY 2024 and FY 2025

2.3 Approved Corporate Operating Budget for FY 2023 (Part I & Part II), FY 2024 (Part I & Part II), and FY 2025.

3. Duly accomplished Budget Preparation Forms as prescribed under Corporate Budget Memorandum (CBM) No. 46 dated January 18, 2024 (FY 2025 Revised Budget Estimates)

4. Financial Report and Highlights of the accomplishments/ performance of the corporation for FY 2023 and the 1st semester of 2024 vis-à-vis targets for the same period. 

5. Complete compensation package of the Board of Directors, officials and employees with breakdown as to salaries and specific allowances, subsidies and other benefits, per diem and other personnel benefits.

6. Complete set of the FY 2023 COA Audit Report, including report on Compliance with COA Audit Findings and Recommendations.

7. FY 2023 Annual Report.

8. Summary of actual manpower complement as of 31 December 2023 and as of 30 June 2024, and the expected manpower complement for FY 2025.

9. Time series of the actual obligations and disbursements per year from 1987- 2024. A separate report of the Actual Obligations and Disbursements as of June 30, 2024, and September 30, 2024.

10. Submit, if applicable, other important documents, information, and statistical data:

10.1 Annual Dividend Remittances to the National Government, FY 2010 – 2023. 

10.2 List/ profile loan assistance programs/ financial assistance to target beneficiaries.

10.3 List of Programs/ Activities/ Projects according to the Administration’s 8- Point Socioeconomic Agenda vis-à-vis the budget allocation outlined in the GAA 2023, GAA 2024, and NEP 2025.

10.4 Comparative Annual Revenues, Expenses, Income, Assets, and Liabilities for the years 2013 to 2023 (based on COA Audit Report), vis-à-vis the projections for the years 2024 and 2025. 

11. The FY 2025 Corporate Budget Proposal (FY 2025 Budget Estimates Part I & Part II)

In relation to the review of the FY 2024 Proposed Budget of the National Government, the National Housing Authority is hereby submitting the following documents:

1.2 Justification for any major change between the FY 2023 and FY 2024 budget

1.3 Project profile/brief description of existing projects – Locally Funded Projects (LFP) and Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs)

1.4 Project profile/brief description of new projects – Locally Funded Projects (LFP) and Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs)

5. Summary of actual manpower complement as of 31 December 2022 and as of 30 June 2023, and the expected manpower complement for FY 2024.

6. Time series of the actual obligations and disbursements per year from 1987-2022.
